After a storm, the difference between a covered roof and a denied one is usually evidence. We document what we find. We will never tell you what your policy pays or negotiate against your adjuster, because in Florida that is a crime.

Are you licensed in Florida?
Yes. AlphaCore Roofing is a licensed and insured Florida roofing contractor.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are torn off and reroofed in one to two days, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs, tile, and homes needing decking repair take longer. We give you the schedule in writing before we start, protect your property, and clean up daily.
Will my insurance cover a new roof?
It depends on your policy and the cause of the damage. Storm, wind, and hail damage is often covered. Age and wear usually are not. We inspect the roof, document what we find, and can be on site when your adjuster comes. We never negotiate your claim for you. Here is exactly what we do and do not do.
