Here is what happens when you call: an owner answers, asks a few questions about the roof, and books a time to come look at it. After the visit you get what we found in photos and a written price, and then you decide. Nothing is sold on the phone, because nobody can price a roof they have not seen. If you email instead, we reply during office hours, usually the same day.
The call goes faster if you have a few things in front of you:
- The property address
- The roof's age, if you know it
- Whether water is actively coming in right now
- Whether an insurance claim is already open
- Photos of the problem, if you have them, to email after the call
