Quality
Florida code sets the floor, not the target. Nailing patterns, underlayment, flashing, and drip edge get done right, and we photograph the work before it gets covered up so you can see it too.
Accountability
The licence holder is an owner. If something is not right after we leave, you call the same number you called the first time, and the person responsible for the work is the one who answers.
Customer care
You get the schedule and the price in writing before work starts. If we open the roof and find rot, you see photos and a cost before we replace a single sheet of decking.

Old roof off, decking checked, new system in. Most homes take one to two days.
Walkthrough and cleanup
We walk the finished roof with you, sweep the yard for nails, and haul everything away.
How we talk to you
What we will tell you, and what we will not.
We will tell you exactly what we found on your roof, with dated photos you keep. We will put the full price in writing before anything is torn off. We will tell you when a repair beats a replacement, and what the Florida Building Code requires either way.
We will not tell you what your insurance policy will pay, because we are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster, and coverage decisions are between you and your insurer. We will not hint that a deductible can disappear, because in Florida that is a crime. And we will not tell you we are the finest roofer in the state. We are new. We would rather show you the work and let you decide.
